Business Development Associate - PA Office
We are seeking a full time Business-to-Business telemarketing professional to help drive the sales of our industry leading Performance Management Solution. A successful candidate will have 2-5 years experience calling on businesses via telemarketing methods, primarily outbound calling. Candidates must have excellent communication, telephone and interpersonal skills. Experience selling software or to Senior Management would be a plus.

Job Description:
Outbound Call and email early stage contacts (B2B) from conferences, web leads, webinars, referrals and your own research via databases/software in house with your only goal of attaining meetings for the Field Sales Staff.
Responsibilities:
Work with and support the sales team to evaluate/follow-up leads via telephone, email, web, etc.
- Web contacts
- Webinars
- Conference lead follow-up
- Account Executive project leads
- Other lists of interested contacts, titles, etc.
- Research via telephone/web
Requirements:
- 2–5 years experience of outbound calling to Managers in a Business to Business Environment
- Excellent communication, telephone and interpersonal skills
- University/College Degree desired but not mandatory
- Team-oriented
- Eager to learn
- Good phone disposition
- Ability to spend 5-6 hours a day on the phone making 70–80 calls per day
