Michael Brazukas
Michael Brazukas’ passion for the principles of Enterprise Strategy Execution dates back to research he conducted at Princeton University, where he studied a wide-range of Japanese management methodologies and their impact on business performance.
Mr. Brazukas has been dedicated to the practical applications of these methodologies since that time, first as an internal driver at a software company that pursued the Baldrige Award, and now as ActiveStrategy’s Vice President of Executive Consulting, where he works to ensure the success of all clients as they embark on their own Strategy Execution journeys.
He has helped a wide-range of clients in many industries, including Caremark, The City of Coral Springs, The Coca-Cola Company, Miami-Dade County, NATO, TriHealth, St. Mary's Health Center - St. Louis (member of SSM Health Care), Palomar Pomerado Health, and Wyeth.
Mr. Brazukas holds an A.B. in East Asian Studies from Princeton University.
Jeffrey Bunting
Jeffrey Bunting founded ActiveStrategy in February 2000, with a unique vision of how to apply technology to strategy execution in a way that business users,  from CEO down, could actually use to drive business results. He has worked extensively with clients at all stages of projects, including Accenture, Kaiser Permanente, Northrop Grumman, Saudi Telecom, and Wyeth.
With his combination of technical expertise, product development experience, and client-side implementation knowledge, Mr. Bunting brings a unique understanding of the associated technology and management issues, as well as how to solve them most effectively. He holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science from East Stroudsburg University.
Jack Steele
Jack Steele has worked with and consulted for some of the world's largest and most respected organizations, including The American Academy of Pediatrics, AT&T, Children’s Hospital of Orange County, Chevron Oil, Dow Chemical, Eli Lilly & Company, Florida Department of Children and Families, JP Morgan/Chase Manhattan Bank, Merrill Lynch, and the University of Wisconsin Hospital & Clinics.
Mr. Steele’s work with Balanced Scorecard-type deployments actually pre-dates the “Balanced Scorecard” terminology and includes broader organizational excellence, policy deployment, and performance management areas. He excels at working with senior executive teams to help them understand and embrace the tenets of Enterprise Strategy Execution.
He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University, as well as an M.S. in Systems Engineering from University of South Florida. He also served as a Baldrige examiner for two years.
