Christine is a Malcolm Baldrige Examiner who leads the Public Sector Practice Group, which helps govern-
ments, the military, and federal agencies drive better transparency, accountability, and results through strategy execution. She is an experienced performance excellence practitioner with over thirty years of leadership in government innovation and improvement.

With over 16 years of business experience in healthcare, including clinical, operational, and consulting roles, Tim has a deep understanding of the challenges facing the healthcare industry. He is a Baldrige Examiner and a Six Sigma Blackbelt who specializes in performance excellence, performance improvement, program development, and organizational change.

Bruce is a management consultant and Master Black Belt who has been training and coaching private and public sector organizations since 1992. He has taught Six Sigma techniques, process management, lean concepts, creative thinking, and benchmarking classes. At Florida Power & Light, he played an active role in the company’s pursuit of Japan’s prestigious Deming Quality Management Award. In 1989, FPL became the first company outside of Japan to win the prize in its 38 year history.

Brendan is recognized internationally as a high impact coach and facilitator for senior leaders and their teams in the pursuit of Performance Excellence. He has served as a member of the Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, and as a Board member for the Arizona Quality Alliance and the Florida Council for Education Management. He is also a recognized author on leadership topics.

Mario is a former member of the Board of Examiners for the Aruba Quality Foundation with 20+ years of experience in government, banking, and insurance. He is fluent in English, Dutch, Spanish, and Papiamento (Creole).

Pete uses his decades of international management consulting experience, focused in the areas of operations management, business transformation, and information technology management, to ensure the most successful results for clients in a wide variety of industries. His expertise extends across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, financial services, technology, defense, consumer goods, and the public sector.

Rick is an expert in the use of organizational performance management methodologies and enabling technologies, with over 20 years of business experience in the healthcare, government, banking, manufacturing, utility, and publishing industries. He served three consecutive terms as an Examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and also served as a Senior Examiner for the Florida Governor’s Sterling Award. He is a published author of books and articles on various performance excellence topics.

Steve has helped clients in a wide range of disciplines fine-tune strategic plans, improve overall alignment, prioritize improvement initiatives, and drive results. Before joining ActiveStrategy, Steve had an extremely successful thirty-year career as an executive with Chase Manhattan/JP Morgan Chase Bank, where he implemented performance measurement systems, standards of operation, and management reporting in all business units.

William's passion is the study of strategy execution and organizational alignment. He has more than 25 years of corporate experience in the field, is the former program director for the Stanford Advanced Project Management program at Stanford University, and is a published author.

Richard has over two decades of experience as a project/program manager, having directed over 175 strategic projects for a wide variety of government, military, and civilian organizations. He is dedicated to helping clients prioritize and align their programs of work according to the cascaded objectives on their Balanced Scorecards. Richard has been the recipient of the Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal, Cross of Gallantry, and Purple Heart.

Kathleen is an MBA and senior Baldrige Examiner with 20 years of broad management and consulting experience. She has taught Six Sigma tools and techniques, process management, problem solving (DMAIC), Balanced Scorecard methodologies, and statistics to over 2,000 managers and staff in government and private industry.

Corinne’s 18 years in county government coupled with her vast consulting experience give her unique insight into the strategy execution challenges faced by public sector organizations. She is a specialist in both state and local government with expertise in strategic planning, business planning, performance measures reporting, and performance improvement initiatives.

Tim is focused on delivering results for healthcare executives in the areas of quality, safety, flow, and growth. With over a decade of consulting experience in the finance and healthcare industries, Tim has worked extensively to design top level scorecards, deploy cascaded scorecard frameworks, develop scorecard governing structures, and coach executives on performing effective business reviews.

Prior to joining ActiveStrategy, Mark applied strategy execution methodologies in a variety of executive positions in the healthcare and consulting industries. Mark was deeply involved in Florida Power & Light’s attainment of Japanese Deming Quality Management Award in 1989 – the first such award to a non-Japanese company in the Award’s 38 year history.
