Christine is a Malcolm Baldrige Examiner who leads the Public Sector Practice Group, which helps govern- ments, the military, and federal agencies drive better transparency, accountability, and results through strategy execution. She is an experienced performance excellence practitioner with over thirty years of leadership in government innovation and improvement.
Tim Mueller, Director, Healthcare Practice Group
With over 16 years of business experience in healthcare, including clinical, operational, and consulting roles, Tim has a deep understanding of the challenges facing the healthcare industry. He is a Baldrige Examiner and a Six Sigma Blackbelt who specializes in performance excellence, performance improvement, program development, and organizational change.
Bruce B.
Bruce is a management consultant and Master Black Belt who has been training and coaching private and public sector organizations since 1992. He has taught Six Sigma techniques, process management, lean concepts, creative thinking, and benchmarking classes. At Florida Power & Light, he played an active role in the company’s pursuit of Japan’s prestigious Deming Quality Management Award. In 1989, FPL became the first company outside of Japan to win the prize in its 38 year history.

Steve has helped clients in a wide range of disciplines fine-tune strategic plans, improve overall alignment, prioritize improvement initiatives, and drive results. Before joining ActiveStrategy, Steve had an extremely successful thirty-year career as an executive with Chase Manhattan/JP Morgan Chase Bank, where he implemented performance measurement systems, standards of operation, and management reporting in all business units.
