This background information will be used to perform a Functional SWOT Analysis (ActiveStrategy Consultants coach you through the process of identifying key Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats). We will then help you turn your SWOT Analysis into a top-level Strategy Map, which is a simple, visual depiction of this year’s strategy and a solid foundation for a top-level Balanced Scorecard.

Strategic Planning Facilitation Topics Typically Include:
  1. Customer Value Discipline discussion, selection, and/or reaffirmation
  2. Assessment and refinement of Vision statement, if necessary
