Plymouth Meeting, PA – January 19, 2010 – ActiveStrategy, Inc., the leading provider of comprehensive performance management software, announced that it has entered into a Strategic Consulting Partnership with author and management consultant Mark Graham Brown, a noted expert on performance management and measurement.
Under the terms of this non-exclusive agreement, Mr. Brown and ActiveStrategy will work together to promote best practices in performance management and performance measurement through such forums as joint webinars, conferences, seminars, and articles. The two firms will also jointly assist a range of client organizations as they build performance management frameworks, define and cascade metrics, and automate them in ActiveStrategy Enterprise software, which facilitates the deployment of Balanced Scorecards, performance metrics, strategic dashboards, and other performance management frameworks.
Mr. Brown has worked with a diverse array of clients in the U.S. and abroad for 30 years. He has written six books about performance management and measurement, including the acclaimed titles Keeping Score: Using the Right Metrics to Drive World Class Business and Beyond the Balanced Scorecard: Improving Business Intelligence with Analytics.
In a recent ActiveStrategy webinar entitled “Better Metrics, Better Results,” which drew a crowd of more than 500, Mr. Brown, the featured presenter, described the characteristics of the most highly-functional, results-driving performance management frameworks. He terms these “Level 4 Scorecards” and suggests that all organizations wishing to be high-performing should strive for these. One of the chief characteristics of Level 4 Scorecards is that they are automated in scorecard software, such as ActiveStrategy Enterprise.
ActiveStrategy and Mr. Brown will co-present two additional webinars during the first half of 2010. On February 19th, he will present "Customer Metrics that Work" and on May 14th, his topic will be: "Fix the Disconnect: How to Align Your People to Your Organizational Strategy through Personal Goal Scorecards."
