Burgess, will deliver the keynote at the 2007 ActiveStrategy Client Conference entitled “Executing Strategy: Leading the Change” on April 25, 2007.

In his keynote, Mr. Burgess will discuss the ongoing transformational efforts that the county is undertaking to become more strategy-focused and results-oriented.
