East Norriton, PA – March 5, 2009 – ActiveStrategy, Inc. today announced the addition of StimulusScorecard™ to its suite of strategy execution products for the public sector. ActiveStrategy StimulusScorecard™ – available on the GSA schedule for the federal government – is a low-cost, turn-key web-based service designed to allow recipients and subrecipients of funds from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 Act (ARRA or Recovery Act) to effectively and proactively monitor and manage their projects and programs.

Recipients of economic recovery funds from the ARRA are required to complete extensive, quarterly reports on project status, job creation, issued subcontracts and subgrants, and more. To meet the detailed ARRA reporting requirements, data collection must be part of implementation plans for stimulus-funded projects. • How much impact there is on economic recovery (i.e. what long-term benefits are being realized in job creation productivity, energy efficiency, etc.)
• Who is responsible for projects and what updates are they providing on performance
• How many projects and how many dollars have been awarded, spent, obligated or are pending

In short, the service permits organizations to meet the highest standards for transparency and accountability called for in the ARRA. In addition, information from ActiveStrategy StimulusScorecard™ can be exported for ARRA reporting to agencies, and HTML and PDF views of information can be linked to public-facing websites.
