John Knox Village has recently developed plans to expand their reach and will be working with ActiveStrategy to ensure that these plans are fully developed and ready to execute successfully. Work will include development of strategic objectives and measures to align the entire organization – from management to staff – to the strategic plan, as well as the creation of a top-level strategy map, which will provide a visual, easy-to-comprehend explanation of the strategy.
