EAST NORRITON, PA (December 12, 2003) --
MyBalancedScorecard.com (MyBSC), the first 'do-it-yourself' web service
for Balanced Scorecard automation, announced Friday the release of several
enhancements incorporating additional ease-of-use features into the product.
Enhancements in the release help new Balanced Scorecard users build and
automate scorecards more easily and quickly, while enabling advanced users to
get started faster by directly uploading data files created in Excel. More
specifically, the improvements include: a pre-built template that guides new
users through a five-step start-up process, an easy-to-use upload feature for
Excel-created .CVS files, and a single-click export feature for transferring
data to Excel and Word for external viewing, formatting and manipulation.
"MyBalancedScorecard.com is all about bringing the latest technology to
business people in a very easy and non-technical environment," said Jeff
Bunting, chief technical officer for myBalancedScorecard.com. "Our goal is to
minimize the mechanics of the technology and maximize the business results for
our users around the world."
Upgrades are available immediately for new and current MyBalancedScorecard.com
users.
MyBalancedScorecard.com represents
a new breed of technology solutions delivered as a web service, rather than as
traditional software. The online application addresses the needs of
individuals, small organizations and business units of large organizations that
seek an easy-to-use Balanced Scorecard reporting system without the cost and
complexity of purchasing, implementing or maintaining enterprise software.
MyBalancedScorecard.com supports the traditional Balanced Scorecard and can be
configured to support virtually any other scorecard framework.
