Overview
 Attend this two-day seminar if you would like to become comfortable with key Balanced Scorecard, Strategy Execution, and Performance Excellence concepts and best practices. You’ll go beyond theory to learn how to apply these proven, powerful methodologies that link strategic plans to real, achievable outcomes. In addition, you may receive up to 15 CPE credits for attending.
Who Should Attend?
The event is designed for executives and managers who are actively involved in the strategic management of an organization (including individuals from areas such as strategic planning, performance improvement, quality, operations, as well as line-of-business executives, and others involved in forming and carrying out strategy).
It is helpful for organizations that already have a Balanced Scorecard or Strategy Execution framework in place, as well as for those that are starting to build or are in the process of building such a framework.
In Miami, the seminar will be divided into two tracks – a public sector track (for attendees from local, state, or federal government, military branches, or other government agencies) and a general track for attendees from all other organization types. While at the seminar, your time will be spent learning from former in-the-trenches business
executives who have designed and deployed successful strategic management frameworks at a
wide-range of leading organizations. You will also be guided through a series of exercises in
