Overview
This one-day seminar goes beyond theory to give you hands-on experience
designing and deploying a Balanced Scorecard-based strategy execution framework. This event is
designed for executives and managers who are actively involved in strategic management of an
organization.
In this compressed version of our popular seminar series, we cover
the process of developing or fine-tuning an organizational strategy map and top-level Balanced
Scorecard, plus discuss techniques for cascading scorecards into the organization, to ensure the
framework becomes intertwined with the people and processes that drive your most important
outcomes.
By attending this seminar, you will become comfortable with key concepts, best practices, and
real-world applications of this powerful methodology that links strategic plans to real,
achievable outcomes.
While at the seminar, you will learn from former in-the-trenches business executives who have
designed and deployed successful strategic management frameworks at a wide-range of leading
organizations. You will be guided through a series of exercises in small groups, so you will be
actively engaged in the experience and will benefit from exchanging ideas with other attendees.
