We offer two implementation approaches to meet your organizational needs: ActiveStart™ Packages and ActiveStrategy Implementation Services:

ActiveStart Packages: these packages include three levels of pre-defined services, which are ideal for organizations that wish to rapidly automate existing performance management/measurement content, such as KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards.

ActiveStrategy Implementation Services: for organizations that require a more specialized approach or additional services outside the scope of our ActiveStart packages, ActiveStrategy provides a selection of services specifically tailored to your organizational needs. Services offered include data integration assistance, content and performance history data loading, and specialized training programs, such as Train-the-Trainer. We also offer expert assistance building performance management or scorecard/dashboard content, as well as a range of other management consulting services, plus other implementation services to address unique client needs.

Integrated Help & Learning Tools: ActiveStrategy Enterprise software comes with extensive, user-friendly, built-in help to ensure that your organization's users can always find the answers they need to utilize the software effectively. In addition, our unique "ActiveStrategy University" feature is integrated and available to any ASE user. It contains how-to videos, quick-start guides, performance management methodology courses, as well as more extensive software courses with end-of-lesson knowledge checks, making it ideal for new-hire training and periodic refresh training.
