ActiveStrategy Implementation Services provide clients with the services they need to be successful with ActiveStrategy Enterprise (ASE) software, as well as with the broader Performance Management goals. Software Training

ActiveStrategy Enterprise (ASE) software has been described by clients as being "remarkably intuitive" and seeming as if it had been "built to do exactly what we needed it to do." Indeed, we designed ASE to be used by anyone in an organization – from board members and c-level executives, to mid-level managers, and line-level employees. Though it's easy for all of these types of people to use it, training needs do vary according to who you are and how much you will be using the system. We will customize a training program that meets your needs, so that your system administrator, users, executives, and server administrator (for clients who choose to host the system inside their network) each receive the practical, hands-on training they need.

In addition, larger organizations may wish to take advantage of Train-the-Trainer Programs designed to transfer all the software knowledge, capabilities, and resources to your in-house personnel who will then be responsible for training all of your end users.

Software training may be conducted at your location, at an ActiveStrategy location (including our Philadelphia headquarters or our West Coast Office in San Francisco). Portions of the training may even be delivered via web meetings to maximize efficiencies.

ActiveStrategy University

Integrated Help – For Ongoing Training Needs: ActiveStrategy Enterprise software comes with extensive, user-friendly, built-in help to ensure that your organization's users can always find the answers they need to utilize the software effectively. In addition, our unique "ActiveStrategy University" feature is integrated and available to any ASE user. It contains how-to videos, quick-start guides, performance management methodology courses, as well as more extensive software courses with end-of-lesson knowledge checks, making it ideal for new-hire training and periodic refresh training.

Data Services

Many organizations find that the most difficult part of their Performance Management or Measurement software roll-out is their internal process of identifying, sourcing, collecting, reconciling, and loading performance management/measurement content and data. Our Data Services Team can help ease this burden by providing experienced Data Analysts to assist with source identification, content creation and management, data integration support, and data archiving and fiscal/calendar year turnover support.

For each of these offerings, our Data Analysts leverage their deep knowledge of the ASE system, along with years of experience from working with client data in many industries and organization types to help gather, identify, organize, document, link, and load content into your ASE system, speeding your overall implementation timeline and ensuring better adoption by your end-users.

Application Hosting Services

ActiveStrategy Enterprise (ASE) clients may choose to install ASE software within their own server environments or have ActiveStrategy host the software within our secure server environment. ActiveStrategy's hosting services are available to clients who choose our SaaS (Software as a Service) "pay-as-you-go" model called ASE On-Demand, as well as to those who purchase perpetual ASE licenses, but do not wish to host the software in-house.

By having us host your ASE system, you avoid worries about hardware purchases and upgrades, database licenses, and the IT resources necessary to maintain the infrastructure. We ensure that your data is secure, controlled, and available:

  • Data Security

    ASE hosted systems are housed in a state-of-the-art data center with 24-hour security monitoring. ActiveStrategy utilizes up-to-date virus protection, implements periodic vulnerability checks, and backs up customer data on a daily basis. Industry standard 128-bit SSL certifications are utilized for delivery of data across the Internet. All servers are protected by industry-leading firewalls. In addition, database-level user authentication is required.

  • Control of Data

    All of your data will be backed up on a daily basis to ensure its protection. In addition, customers may export data via the database or through the ASE On-Demand application in standard formats.

  • Availability

    In general, SaaS offerings such as ASE On-Demand have a higher availability rate due to their controlled environments and built-in redundancies. With the exception of scheduled maintenance times, the system is available 24x7.

Technical Support Services

ActiveStrategy's provides an expertly-staffed technical support phone line, as well as an extensive online help, reference, and learning system built into the product for 24-hour instant access. In addition, we maintain an online ticket system to receive customer questions and enhancement requests. Three tiered-levels of support services are available to ensure that your organization’s support needs will be met.
