  Proactively Manage Personal Goals
The Personal Goal Management (PGM) module within ActiveStrategy software provides a more holistic view, both top-down and bottom-up, of organizational and individual performance. Executives and managers benefit by seeing how well critical organizational objectives are being met; individual employees benefit by seeing how their personal quarterly and yearly goals are linked to the success of the organization.

Setting Goals, Reinforcement and Appraisals
Through automation, the Personal Goal Management module encourages an ongoing and productive focus on three key areas:
  1. The creation and approval of individual employee goals and performance plans
  2. Ongoing coaching and reinforcement by managers to help employees achieve those plans
